Externally Reinforced Tread Blocks and Support Structure Design
Precision and stability during steering depend not only on the rubber compound but also on the rigid support provided by the tread structure. Our external tread block design has undergone comprehensive engineering optimization.
Internal Support: Beneath the large outer tread blocks, high-rigidity support rubber and banded reinforcement layers are integrated—functioning like an embedded "skeleton" within the block. This significantly suppresses lateral distortion and squirming of the tread blocks caused by tremendous centrifugal forces during high-speed cornering.
External Linkage: Reinforced lateral tie-bars and three-dimensional interlocking groove walls connect individual tread blocks into a solid, unified whole. This effectively disperses locally concentrated pressure across the entire contact patch, reducing irregular deformation.
