About company:
1. Are you a manufacturer or a trader?
Yes, we're direct manufacturer as well as brand and technology owner, we have our independent R&D center, we operate our production line out of one of the most premium Chinese tire manufacturer in Shandong Province, China.
2. How many sales in your team?
We have a team of about 50 personnel split into customers service, marketing and sales.
3. Where is your plant?
We operate our production line out of one of the most premium Chinese manufacturer in Shandong Province, China. The entire supply chain from raw material procurement, to development, final quality inspection and shipment are controlled by us.
4. What is your production Capability?
We have the capability for up to 1200,000 pieces per year, but limit this quantity to currently 1000,000 for quality control. If
the opportunity arises that we need to invest further for bigger capacity, we will.
5. How many workers?
Over 1000 people.
About product:
1. What kind of product could you offer?
We have racing tires, including semi slick tires, slick tires and rally tires, as well as 4X4 MT tires and normal car tires, truck
tires and OTR tires. We could also offer customization service for you, any type of tyres you need, feel free to contact me.
2. What kind of certificate do you have?
DOT, ECE, ISO, EU LABELLING and GCC certificates are available now. If you need other certificates, please confirm with us.
3. What is your guarantee for your tires?
We are completely confident that our products have gone through the strictest standard in production, quality assurance and inspection. In the unlikely event of product failure, we encourage you to help us by:
a. Registering all events related to the failure of our product (date, time, weather condition, road condition, usage,
speed, number of laps, nature of failure, sizes, compound, pieces and production date on the sidewall etc.)
b. Labeling and indicating location (on tyre) of failure.
c. If it's more than 1 pieces, we need to have identification and pictures of each failure tires recorded.
d.Our engineers will respond in time against your information.
About order:
1. Is sample order possible?
Usually our MOQ is 1x20GP, but sample orders could be applied for acceptance from our management, but sample cost could be covered at your side.
2. What is your MOQ?
Usually It is 1x20ft container and mix up different sizes into it is acceptable.
3. What is your payment term and what kind of currency do you accept?
Usually for new customers, it is TT or 100% LC at sight. Our regular customers get to pay via OA (Open account) rmb. USD, AUD, CAD, CNY and EUR are all acceptable.
4. What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is generally about 30 days after receiving 30% deposit or the original L/C in our favor. If the tires you
ordered have stock or in production, then the container can be shipped within 15 days.
5. How can I get the price list?
Please understand the whole price list can not be supplied. Firstly, please let us know your target market. Secondly, the sizes and quantity you want. We will offer you the best affordable prices.

What we request:
1. MOQ: 1X20GP. Exclusivity should be talked only after full container order.
2. There should be stable orders from your side and we will have reasonable annual order volume requirement on the agreement.
3. There should be regular post at least 1x per week on social media or website.
4. Selling to other markets which we already appointed sole agent is prohibited.
